Made in Japan, the Man-nen is a typecaster, using hot lead and brass individual molds. Our Man-nen was acquired in 2014 from Ho Sun Hing Printing Company, Vancouver’s oldest Chinese printshop which closed down after more than a century of doing business. The name Man-nen is rather obscure, but to the collectors of typecasting equipment, it is highly sought after.
