At any given time, our Restoration Team works on several projects simultaneously. For historical and archival purposes, our HIW photographer diligently takes pictures during the restoration and documents the various processes each machine is being put through. We have compiled the photos in a photo gallery for each machine. We hope you enjoy them.

Our Restoration Team has recently completed the restoration of a Golding Jobber #6, from 1887. The Golding Company manufactured some really beautiful presses. Besides tabletop platens, the "Pearl" and "Jobber" remain favorites among private presses around the world.
The HIW Museum will have four Golding Jobbers in the Collection - one 1886 #7, and two 1887 #6, as well as a new-style Jobber #7. To round out Golding's achievements, an 1886 "Pearl" is included in our collection.
Featured here is the restoration of the 1887 Golding Jobber #6.
