Description:
The Mustang Addresser/Mailer, with a lever mechanism, prints an address on the edge of a newspaper and then mechanically advances to the next subscriber’s address. In 1894, Pavyer Machine Works, St. Louis based manufacturer, purchased the St. Louis Foundry's machinery division from American Type Foundry, Boston. Patent date of 1870 was cast on the machine, though its age is unknown.
