Description:
On July 20, 1969, Apollo 11 astronauts, Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin Jr., landed the lunar module on the surface of the moon. They became the first men to set foot on the moon as Armstrong declared "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." The next morning, The New York Times celebrated the amazing feat on
its front page. We are honoured to feature the original lock-up of the iconic page in our collection at the museum.
